I started my firm in January 1991 with the goal of providing personal, hands-on accounting services to businesses that needed a financial manager but didn’t need a full time employee.
Since that time I have been fortunate to bring on board people who demonstrate that same ideal of personalized service that I envisioned. With keeping our main goal “quality personalized service” we have expanded our services to include a wide range of business financial services and personal financial services.
In a survey performed by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants it was found that the number one reason clients switch accounting firms is due to a perception that we are “indifferent to their needs”. Maintaining our client base is the foundation of our future. And, I believe only by providing quality personalized services that help our clients grow their business will we be able to grow. I begin each day thanking the Good Lord for the clients I have and pledging to treat each one as if they were the only client I have.
I have 31 years in the accounting profession. First, as a controller and treasurer of a small business and for the past 11 years as an independent accountant. I graduated from Carroll College with a degree in accounting and received by CPA certificate shortly thereafter.
I am a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Wisconsin Institute of Certified Public Accountants and Waukesha Noon Rotary Club. I presently serve as Treasurer of the Waukesha Civic Theatre and previously was a board member of the Waukesha Area Arts Alliance.
For the past 15 years I have enjoy participating in triathlons (swimming, biking & running). When not training for the next triathlon you might see me running in Frame Park with my wife Laura.
